The phone, answered

AI Voice Agent

An immediate answer, including an immediate no — which is the smallest unit of hospitality there is.

Live this season

A voice that answers in your property’s manner, knows what is actually free on your sand, and says up front that it isn’t a person.

What happens today

There is a difference between being told something and being handled, and a guest can feel which one is happening in about four seconds. Handled sounds like this. Let me check on that for you. Can I take your name. Somebody will call you back. It is polite, it is well meant, and it moves a guest into a queue they cannot see — so they wait, and then they stop waiting. Told is shorter. There are two left in the second row. There is nothing until Thursday. Even the no is a form of respect: it hands the afternoon back with enough of it left to do something else.

What it costs
  • 01

Calls that ring out in the busiest hour of your week

  • 02

Your best people repeating the same four answers instead of serving guests

  • 03

Escalation by radio, email and group chat, with no record at the end of it

  • 04

A guest in an unfamiliar city who cannot get an answer and simply stops trying

How it works

The mechanics, stated plainly.

  1. 01

    Your line is never busy

There is no queue and no busiest hour. The number of people asking at once stops being the thing that decides whether they get an answer.

  2. 02

    It says what it is

Up front, in the first few seconds, without being asked. Finding out halfway through a call that you were talking to a machine is the worst version of this; being told at the start is a courtesy rather than a confession.

  3. 03

The answer comes from your beach, not a script

Availability comes out of your booking system, not a script written last month. If the last front-row bed went five minutes ago, your caller is told that.

  4. 04

The booking happens inside the call

A held bed, a name, a payment link if your property wants one, and a confirmation email — before the guest hangs up.

  5. 05

A machine cannot be accountable. A company can.

The worry about a machine answering your phone is rarely the machine. It is the day it says something to a guest it should not have said. So the question worth asking is not how good the voice is — it is who stands between it and your guest. Here that is us: the people who wrote the manner it speaks in, who listen to how the calls actually went, and who answer for the one you never heard about.

  6. 06

Ask for a person and you get one

Every time, without a negotiation. We don’t advertise it at every turn — a system that offers an escape hatch in every sentence gets bypassed by reflex and never earns its keep, and you are back where you started.

What it does

Concretely, and without adjectives.

  • 01

Answers every call, without a queue and without a busiest hour

  • 02

Discloses that it is an AI by default — tunable to your property

  • 03

Answers the routine questions: hours, access, food and beverage, what a chair costs

  • 04

Quotes what is actually free right now, from the same book as your stand

  • 05

Takes a booking and sends the confirmation during the call

  • 06

Hands a caller to one of your people when they ask

  • 07

Speaks in your property’s register, under your property’s name

The division of labour

This is the part that matters.

Every line on the left is a job that would otherwise land on somebody at your property who already has one.

We
  • The voice, the script and the manner
  • Tuning it to each of your properties
  • Listening to it, and correcting it
  • Answering for every call
You
  • Tell us how your property should sound
  • Approve the outcome

How we work

Sits alongside
  • Sidequest Amenity Booking, which it reads and writes

  • Your existing phone number and routing

  • The human escalation path you already have

Before you ask
Will our guests be told they are talking to an AI?

By default, yes, in the first few seconds. Being found out mid-call is the worst possible guest experience, and saying so plainly reads as confidence rather than apology. Because this is a managed service, a property that wants different behaviour gets its own version tuned to it.

Whose brand answers the phone?

Yours. Your guest never hears our name, and nothing in the call suggests a third party is involved.

What happens if it doesn’t know the answer?

It says so and moves your caller to a person rather than inventing something. A confident wrong answer costs your property far more than an honest hand-off.

Does it take card details over the phone?

No. Card numbers are never spoken to the agent and never reach us. Payment goes out as a link your guest opens themselves, on a Stripe form.

Day beds, cabanas and loungers across your portfolio — with what your phone says and what your sand knows finally the same thing.

How it works

A table laid on a terrace above the water, flowers in the middle of it and boats out on the bay.

The fastest way to understand this is to hear it.
