Amenity Booking
The number in the head of whoever walked the rows at eight can sit in front of every guest who asks, all day, without anyone at your property maintaining it.
Day beds, cabanas and loungers across your portfolio — with what your phone says and what your sand knows finally the same thing.
The best person on your beach can read a party from twenty feet. Who wants shade and will not ask for it. Which couple is celebrating something. Which family will be happier at the end of the row than in the middle of it. That judgement takes years and cannot be written down. On the busiest day of your year, a good part of it goes into saying what time the pool opens — and into carrying a question across the sand between somebody holding a phone and somebody standing at the stand.

- 01
Availability that is exact at your stand and a guess everywhere else
- 02
A hold that lives in one person’s memory and nowhere in writing
- 03
Walk-ins and phone bookings competing for the same bed, neither side knowing
- 04
Your best people spending the busiest day of the year furthest from the work only they can do
The mechanics, stated plainly.
- 01
One book, not four
Inventory, hours and pricing for every one of your properties live in one place. A day bed at one and a cabana at another are the same kind of thing here — which is why your second property opens in days rather than months.
- 02
The answer comes out of that book
Whoever is asking — a guest on your booking page, the voice agent on the phone, your own team at the stand — is reading the same availability at the same moment.
- 03
A hold, then a booking
A bed is held while your guest decides, and released on a timer if they don’t. Two people cannot be sold the same bed; that guarantee is enforced by the system rather than by anybody remembering.
- 04
Paid the way your property prefers
By emailed payment link before arrival, or on site. Card details are entered into Stripe’s own payment form and never reach our servers or our logs.
- 05
Your stand sees today
Your team opens an iPad at the beach and sees today’s bookings, marks guests as arrived, and adds a walk-in in well under a minute.
Concretely, and without adjectives.
- 01
Day beds, cabanas and loungers, set up the way your property already thinks about them
- 02
Your phone, your web page and your stand all reading the same availability, at the same moment
- 03
A bed held while a guest decides, and released on a timer if they don’t
- 04
Walk-ins entered at the stand, in the same book as everything else
- 05
Confirmation email to your guest, in your property’s voice
- 06
Payment by emailed link or on site, through Stripe
- 07
Access scoped by property and market — nobody sees another market’s bookings
This is the part that matters.
Every line on the left is a job that would otherwise land on somebody at your property who already has one.

Does this replace the team at the stand?
No. It gives them a book that is accurate and a screen that is faster than a radio. The people who make your beach feel like your beach are the reason a guest comes back — they are not the part anyone should be trying to remove.
What happens on a bad connection at the beach?
At launch the stand view needs a connection, and says so plainly when it doesn’t have one rather than pretending. Offline handling is deliberately not in the first release — a queue that silently disagrees with the book is worse for your team than a screen that tells the truth.
Who configures it when we change our hours?
We do. When the season turns and you open early, or a rate moves on a Thursday, that work is ours. Your team keeps running the afternoon rather than administering a system — there is no console for anyone at your property to learn, and no ticket to raise for a price change.
Can two of our properties behave differently?
Yes, and that is a feature of a managed service rather than a support cost. Different hours, different inventory, different rules, one system.
The fastest way to understand this is to hear it.
